I have worked in the fitness industry for just over 10 years and here at LivingWell health club for 9 months, fitness has always been my passion as I love to keep up to date with all the latest and new training that comes out as always wanting to help keep my clients motivated and to enjoy their training.
I teach quite a few classes here at the club and love each one I take as the enthusiasm of the members I get in the classes is great and I’m always looking to change the class routines I take every week so that I can introduce the members to new workouts, I especially enjoy high intensity classes.
I qualified as a Personal Trainer in July 2015 and through this gained my Gym Based Boxing Qualification and my spinning qualification
I am a highly motivated and energetic person who is always happy to help members and guests.
