1. Eligibility. The Holiday in Egypt Prize Draw (the “Prize Draw”) is open to legal residents of Great Britain who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. Employees of Sponsor, its parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies and participating promotion and advertising agencies (“Promotion Entities”) and members of their immediate families, regardless of whether they reside in the same household, are not eligible to participate. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding on all matters related to the Prize Draw.
2. How to Enter. Between 6.30am local time on 1 January 2010 and 10.00pm local time on 31st January 2010 (“Promotional Period”), complete the following steps at participating LivingWell Health Clubs throughout Great Britain: complete a hard copy of the LivingWell Health Clubs application form and hand it into the reception of the LivingWell Health Club you are applying to join. The application form is for 12 months’ membership for which there is an annual membership fee applicable from the day that your membership is approved. Full membership terms and condition are printed on the reverse of the application form. Your completed application form will be put into the Prize Draw regardless of whether your membership has been accepted or payment received. Only official application forms will be accepted. No photocopied, defaced or damaged application forms will be entered. All entries become property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
3. Winner Selection. On or about 15th February 2010 a random drawing will be conducted from all eligible entries received to select the winner. Decisions of the judges are final and binding in all respects. Winner will be notified by phone or email within 30 days after the draw. If Sponsor cannot locate a winner within 7 days of attempted notification, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
4. The PRIZE: A 10-day holiday for winner and guest staying in the Hilton Sharks Bay Resort, Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt. The holiday includes one standard twin or double room for two people staying all-inclusive for 10 nights. The holiday includes return flights from a London airport and transfers between the airport in Egypt and the hotel. Stay must be completed by December 22nd, 2010. Blackout dates apply between 1st and 31st August 2010 and between 1st and 31st October 2010. Hotel accommodation subject to availability. Any expenses not mentioned herein are the sole responsibility of the winner, including but not limited to holiday insurance, transportation once at the hotel, any state and local government surcharges, incidental charges and gratuities.
5. Prize conditions The winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary and possess and show valid travel documents prior to departure. If guest is a minor, s/he must be accompanied on the trip by his or her parent or legal guardian. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Winner and guest are responsible for their own travel insurance. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets or travel vouchers. Sponsor is not responsible for any weather or airline issues that prevent winner and guest from traveling on specified dates, in which event any missed portion of the prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided. All other expenses not specifically provided herein are the responsibility of the winner. The Promotion Entities do not make any warranties, express or implied, as to the condition, fitness or merchantability of the Prizes.
6. General Conditions. Winner must sign and return a certificate of eligibility and a/publicity release (unless otherwise prohibited by law) within seven (7) days of attempted notification. If a winner cannot be contacted, or fails to sign and return these releases within the required time period, potential winner may forfeit prize and an alternate winner may be selected. No substitution, assignment, cash redemption or transfer of prize will be permitted, except that Sponsor in its sole discretion reserves the right to substitute a prize (or a portion thereof) of equal or greater value if the advertised prize (or portion thereof) is unavailable. By accepting a prize, winner grants Sponsor the right to use his/her name and likeness for advertising or publicity purposes relating to this Prize Draw in any media throughout the world in perpetuity without additional compensation.

Governing Law/Jurisdiction: Relevant United Kingdom law will apply to all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of participants or Sponsor in connection with the Prize Draw and the relevant courts of the United Kingdom will have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of any dispute or claim brought in respect of these Official Rules or any aspect of the administration of this Prize Draw.
8. Severability: If any provision(s) of these Official Rules are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect.
