We want to make sure everyone has fun with group exercise – follow these simple guidelines to get the most out of your class.
Wear good, supportive aerobic or cross-training shoes, comfortable workout gear, and bring a sweat towel with you. Bring a full bottle of water and make sure you drink plenty of it, to avoid dehydration.
HOW TO BOOK AND WHEN TO ARRIVE
Please book your class at least five days in advance at reception to ensure you get a place. Make sure you’re ready a few minutes before the class starts – you won’t be admitted late to classes once they’ve begun, in case you injure yourself without the necessary warm-up. If you’re feeling ill, don’t attend the class.
WHAT TO EAT
Don’t have a big meal within two hours of the beginning of your class – and avoid exercising if you haven’t eaten in more than four hours.
WHEN TO TALK TO US
Let your instructor know of any injuries or problems that might hinder your participation in the class. If you’re not having fun, have a chat with your Personal Trainer or fitness coach, who’ll help you find ways of exercising you’ll really enjoy.
NEED TO CANCEL?
Because our classes are always popular, please give us at least two hours notice if you can’t attend. Failure to cancel may result in you not being able to book the same class the following week.
