It's all downhill from here...

You may remember that over the winter we ran a fantastic members’ prize draw to win a ski holiday in Austria.

Our lucky winner was Sharon Juden, pictured here, who will be enjoying her holiday prize next January. Sharon, who is a member at our St. Anne’s Manor club in Wokingham, is heading off to Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang and is already planning ahead.

“I will need to work on my general fitness,” says Sharon, “especially my legs, as I have been a bit under the weather for the past year and am slowly getting back to normal.”

Sharon plans to get herself into top shape for her trip to the mountains, with a fitness programme designed to help her get the most out of her time on the slopes. With such careful preparation, once Sharon pulls on her ski suit, there’ll be ‘snow’ stopping her!
