Competition prize

• There is one prize of 3 Nights in a 3* Hotel including half board for two adults in the Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang, including flights from a London airport and resort transfers.
• A 3-day ski pass for two adults for the skiing area Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang (total of 200 km of pistes)

LivingWell member prize draw terms and conditions

1. No purchase is necessary for entry.
2. One entry per member. The prize draw is not open to LivingWell or Doubletree by Hilton Dunblane Hydro Health Club employees, their friends, family or agents.
3. The closing date is midnight on 31.01.2012. No entries shall be accepted after the closing date.
4. Third party or bulk entries will not be accepted.
5. LivingWell cannot accept responsibility for illegible, delayed or lost entries. Incomplete entries will be disqualified. Entries reasonably suspected of being fraudulent by the Promoters will be disqualified without contacting the entrant further.
6. There will be 1 voucher for accommodation in a 3* Hotel in Saalbach Hinterglemm (3 nights half board for 2 adults, including a 3-day ski pass, flights and resort transfers). Ski hire is not included.  Flights times, airline and departure airport will be determined by the promoter.  The voucher is valid one year from the date of issue. Only one voucher can be used per booking and the voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. When booking please quote the voucher code upon reservation. The booking is subject to availability and is subject to the full terms and conditions of the suppliers, which you must read carefully as you will be bound by them. Once the booking is made general cancellation terms and conditions will also apply as set out in the terms and conditions of each supplier. 
7. The hotel will be chosen by Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang subject to availability and the preferred travel date of the winner.
8. The prize winner is responsible for purchasing their own travel insurance. The promoter strongly recommends that travel insurance is obtained.
9. The winner will be responsible for his or her own transport to and from the airport in the UK.
10. There are no cash alternatives in whole or in part and the prize is non-transferable.
11. The winner of the prize will be drawn at random from all entries received. The winner will be contacted by telephone or email or post within 30 days of the closing date with further details of how to claim their prize. All reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner, but if the winner cannot be contacted within 60 days of the closing date LivingWell reserves the right to redraw the winner.
12. The draw will be made by an independent person and the Promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
13. The winner’s name and town of residence can be obtained from your LivingWell club manager after March 31st 2012.
14. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before submitting an entry as you will be bound by them.
15. 15. LivingWell and Saalbach Hinterglemm reserve the right to feature the winner in publicity and promotional materials, and you agree to provide a testimonial including photographs.
16. The prize may be altered or varied at the Promoter’s sole discretion and substituted with a prize or prizes which, in the Promoter’s sole opinion, are suitable alternatives. All prizes are subject to availability.
17. Any personal data that you provide will be held and processed in accordance with the requirements of the 1998 Data Protection Act.
18. By entering this Competition entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. All entry instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions.
19. LivingWell reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions in the event of circumstances occurring outside of LivingWell’s control.
20. Entry into this competition is restricted to UK residents only.  English law governs this Competition and each party submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
