This indoor bike ride focuses on improving your aerobic fitness as well as giving your legs a thorough workout. One of our most popular classes, this workout is suitable for any level of fitness – cycling on the spot has never been so much fun!

LivingWell Circuits

Combining cardiovascular and resistance training, you choose the level you want to work at, so our circuits are ideal for everyone.

Boxercise

Practice the basics of boxing while developing strength, speed and flexibility in this satisfying cardiovascular workout.

Body Combat

Burn calories, and tone and strengthen your arms and legs with this self-defence workout – and give your confidence a big boost too!

BodyJAM

If you love to dance, this workout combines hip hop, funk, Latin, disco and Broadway tunes. The result? A whole lot of fun for all fitness levels!

BodyAttack

This simple, high intensity class is suitable for all. You'll experience high-energy sports training moves for cardiovascular fitness, along with upper and lower body conditioning exercises.

Step

A great all-rounder, this class will tone and condition your whole body, and improve aerobic fitness. A basic step class is suitable for all levels of fitness.

BodySTEP

Using simple, effective choreography and powerful athletic moves on a step, you'll improve your fat-burning capabilities, bone density, co-ordination, strength, posture and agility - phew!

Aqua Aerobics

Move in water to improve your aerobic fitness, build strength, and tone muscles. Suitable for all abilities, this ever-popular class is low-impact, and ideal if you suffer from painful joints.
