The perfect way to unwind

LivingWell member Katie has a hugely stressful job as Director of Fundraising at a Lanarkshire hospice. The result of this challenge for her is that she carries all of the pressures of the job literally on her shoulders.

According to Katie, "The best thing I ever did was to sign up for the LivingWell at Strathclyde Hilton, where three times a month I jump off the tread mill and spend the most blissful 30mins."

She goes on to say, "The massage therapists are amazing! They do a wonderful job in removing the knots from my shoulders so much so that I leave feeling not only relaxed but so much taller too. They suggested that I might like to try some other treatments like the Hot Stone massage or perhaps a facial which I did and they were brilliant! Now I want it all!"
