Be challenged, be motivated, and take your fitness to the next level with a Personal Trainer. Our fresh, results-driven approach to one-on-one training is the fastest way to achieve your specific goals.

Your Personal Trainer will work in partnership with you, inspiring you to work hard, advising you on how to get most out of your session, and supporting you as you maximise your results.

Why choose Personal Training?

Our Personal Trainers are all qualified experts in personal fitness and health, who’ll use their theoretical and practical knowledge to help you achieve your goals. Our members work with Personal Trainers to achieve a wide variety of specific and general goals, including:

  • Event or sports-specific goals, such as marathon training programmes
  • Occasion-focused goals, such as weight loss for a wedding day or special holiday
  • Rehabilitation training
  • Post-natal training
  • Ongoing Personal Training to ensure optimum benefits from every session
  • One-off or occasional Personal Training to jumpstart or evolve a training programme

I love my new shape

LivingWell member Kay had three goals: to get fit, lose weight and change her shape. When she started Personal Training, she was delighted with the results.

Kay was regularly visiting her local LivingWell club, and was seeing results. She was dropping excess weight and felt fitter and stronger. But to achieve the sleeker silhouette she really wanted, she turned to an expert Personal Trainer at LivingWell.

‘Before I saw my Personal Trainer I had started achieving my goals,’ explains Kay. ‘I was losing weight, but my shape was staying the same. I needed motivation and direction to achieve my goals safely and without injury. Once I started Personal Training my motivation increased, and results started to appear.’

Kay now visits the club three times a week, and has fortnightly Personal Training sessions to maintain her new slimmer, sleeker more toned shape. ‘Working out with my Personal Trainer keeps me working hard but in a kind way,’ she says. ‘My stamina and mobility have increased enormously. My shape has changed and I really enjoy our training plans.’
